When the lights go out, dreams come on. That’s how this story began, in the place where Noemí wove hers every night.
In a land where vines have been cultivated for 2,500 years, and where the climatic and natural conditions leave a special mark on the wines, I, Noemí Arroyo Pérez, was born; I am passionate about the land and the countryside.
This story begins 14 generations ago, when an ancestor of mine, Diego de Arroyo, founded an estate with his properties.
During my childhood, I played and daydreamed, helping my parents with the work in the vineyard. And in the dream laboratory I began to create what would become MY WINE.
I trained in viticulture and oenology and for 25 years I have fulfilled my childhood dreams by dedicating myself professionally to it with the maxim that the terroir and the strain always give back what they receive.
I have reached where I am today with effort, learning and constant enthusiasm. Today I continue daydreaming when I set foot on the land of the vineyard, imagining new wines and longing to transmit this passion to all those who enjoy my wines.

De Noemí comes true on a path of contrasts, in a privileged landscape, impregnated with ancient vineyards, located in the interior of the province of Valencia.
Our vineyards, located in Fuenterrobles, belong to the Utiel-Requena region, an area of incalculable value for its ancient wine-growing culture.
Its Mediterranean climate with continental influences and its gentle soils give our wines a unique personality, which is especially reflected in the Bobal, a variety almost exclusive to the area, which sprouts later than other red varieties, thus protecting itself from the risk of frost and offering us great oenological potential, giving us red wines of intense colour, body and complex flavours.
