Bobal red wine from our own vineyards in the Las Fuentecillas and La Pará plots, planted in 1930. The harvest is carried out manually, in boxes, when the optimum degree of ripeness is reached. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
It appears medium-bodied. On the nose, it has an enveloping aroma of bobal fruit, black fruit and roasted notes, well combined with its aging on lees. It is an aromatic and complex wine.
Smooth on the palate, balanced and with a medium aftertaste. Ripe tannins.
Enveloping texture and structure without stridency. It combines discretion, seriousness and delicacy.
